HOT OFF THE PRESS......

Discovering What’s Next® has reached a new and exciting phase in its evolution……and we need your help more than ever before.

Our growth has far exceeded our expectations.   

• Over 2500 people have attended our forums, participated in our groups, or used our online tools or the resources of our Hub.
• Communities in both the U.S. and abroad have asked us to help them replicate what we do.
• We have been compared to Boston’s First Night – a local initiative whose ultimate impact was not widely predicted but which grew to be a national model.

And all of this has been done with the hard work and dedication of an all-volunteer structure, a model that we’ve now outgrown.

Exciting News

We now understand that to keep things humming in the way our community has grown to expect will require that we solidify our infrastructure.  We are embarking on a search for a part time Executive Director to be both the quarterback (yes, we still love Tom Brady!) and the glue that will enable us to work more effectively.

What You Can Do

We need your help in order to take this important next step.  So, we ask you to:

• Spread the Word – Very soon we will be posting the Executive Director position on our website and distributing it to our mailing list.  We hope you will help us find qualified candidates. 

• Contribute -- We have launched a special fundraising campaign – the DWN Campaign for Growth - to raise $35,000 by the end of April to support this important step to hire a part time Executive Director. We cannot do this without your help. For those of you who value having DWN in your community, please consider a special donation to this Campaign for Growth. You can make a tax deductible contribution in several ways:
